Elbo Backhoe did an amazing job digging and installing a 3/4 mile stretch of irrigation pipe through rocky soil. Their equipment is top notch and well maintained. The job was done very fast and they left the job site clean and well groomed. I would definitely call them again for any excavating projects that come up!

Brad installed our septic system and did our driveway. He was really easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. He showed up as scheduled and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a septic system or any kind of excavating work.

Elbo is our "go to" company ever since they were recommended to us by a neighbor. They have consistently done top quality work for us. After a disastrous flood Elbo was the one we all went to clean the rock flows from our fields and rebuild our driveways. When we installed our geothermal unit Elbo did all of the ground work. Because of their excellent work in the past they were the ones we recently selected to do the site preparation for our new barn. There is nothing sloppy about this company's work. They are competitive and reliable in pricing, competent, and careful. This is the company we always recommend to our friends.

We had a fire strip cleared around our remote home. Elbo returned initial contact quickly via Facebook Messenger. Brad came out quickly for an estimate, was careful to understand what I wanted, and offered ideas based on his expertise. He returned on time for the work. The work was done better than I what I thought I would get, and he stayed within the quoted price with no last minute charges.
Honest- fair-pricing - thorough- conscientious! Very pleased. Next time I need excavating or snow removal, etc. I will not hesitate to call them!

Brad did an outstanding job knocking down the hill at the start of our driveway and widening the driveway to 16 ft - even moved the address post for better visibility. As our barn sits a bit uphill from the house he had good ideas on how to grade the area so water flowed around and away from the house. He had several suggestions we found to be very helpful such as graveling some extra space for a trailer parking, grading a narrow road on the downhill side of the house for a fire brake, he saved he topsoil from the driveway project to use for a lawn and more. Don’t know how he keeps everything looking no neat and tidy with those big machines but he does! Brad is researching how to do a siphon off the irrigation ditch for us. He did the work he said he would and more, returned calls, kept appointments, is definitely the go to guy and we’ve no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

Called for estimate for demolition and clean up of old trailer and structure. Brad came out looked at the project and quoted price and gave some ideas on how to connect the driveway to create a circular drive. He stressed that he didn't want to make a mess during the demo phase.
Brad came out to do the project on the day that he said he would. The demo went just as he said it would, and he did not make a mess. That says a lot as the demo was in a rather spot and the wind was blowing rather hard that day. The work that he did on the drive turned out fantastic. As the project was going along, I asked if he could do some additional work while he was there, he did the work without any hesitation.
The quote for the original project was spot on, the additional work performed was reasonable priced (actually better that I expected).
Brad takes pride in his work, and with his experience he has a lot to offer to make the project move along smoothly. I am really pleased with his work and highly recommend him and his company.
